With more than 20 chapters, Brady California is a powerhouse in community education, constituent mobilization, and citizen lobbying. Our grassroots-up approach empowers communities to plan and implement local, state, and federal initiatives to reduce gun violence with the backing of a national organization. Because of our dedicated volunteers, California’s firearm mortality rate declined by 55 percent—almost four times the decrease in the rest of the nation.

But we can't do it without the passionate support of smart, strategic Californians at the helm. We are seeking people with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to keep our momentum going.
